Update on the proclamation by the Governor

Dear parishioners & friends,

I’m pleased to inform you that Governor’s office issued a new proclamation changing the date that was initially suggested as well as removing the part claiming Khajaly as “genocide”.
Thank you to all who sent letters to the Governor following our request.
