Drenched and Delighted: Vartavar 2026

On Sunday, July 12th, after celebrating the Feast of Transfiguration during badarak, the St. Sahag parishioners headed outside to celebrate Vartavar! Both children and adults gathered near the Hye Café, ready to take part in the cherished Armenian traditional water fight. 

Following the celebration, everyone enjoyed a festive parish picnic. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our dedicated grilling team and all the volunteers whose hard work made the afternoon such a joyful and memorable part of our Feast of the Transfiguration celebration.
