DIACONATE ORDINATION
AT
SAINT SAHAG

Dear Friend of St. Sahag Armenian Church,

You are cordially invited to the Diaconate Ordination & Celebratory Luncheon of our Altar Servers on Sunday, June 12, 2022.

We are pleased to share with you that Thomas Toghramadjian will be ordained a deacon and Fares Ghannoum & Raffi Toghramadjian will be ordained sub-deacons that Sunday by His Grace Bishop Daniel Findikyan.
Thomas grew up in this parish, served on the altar of St. Sahag for most of his life. Fares moved to MN from Aleppo, Syria and prayerfully served this parish & community since his arrival. Like his brother, Raffi also grew up in this church and served faithfully since his childhood. The Banquet is presided by the Primate of the Eastern Diocese, His Eminence Bishop Daniel Findikyan. Thomas, Fares and Raffi are looking forward to your participation to celebrate their dedicated service to our church and community.

This Diaconate Ordination is an important milestone for our Church.

Twenty years after the Consecration of our Church for the first time we are going to have one of our Altar Servers to be ordained as a deacon of the Armenian Church. Diaconate is a major rank of the Church that gives one important responsibilities in service and ministry.

The Luncheon is generously sponsored by the Toghramadjian Family. We invite all of you to join us for this joyful event celebrating the dedication & love of our young servers.

If you would like to attend the Luncheon, please complete the attached form & send it to St. Sahag by June 5.

Please consider making a donation in honor of our young servers to ensure this continued ministry of St. Sahag. You are welcome to make online donation below. Please make sure to add a note “Ordination” in the message.

You are welcome to include a congratulatory message with your donation.

We appreciate your continued support and look forward to celebrating this milestone event for our parish, making this a memorable weekend for our community at Saint Sahag.
